In recent interviews, Satya Nadella, Sam Altman and Jensen Huang were each asked whether they believe that AI will shrink the job market. In reality, any future economic outcomes or their timelines are speculative. For anyone currently in jobs that are likely to get displaced, the transition creates immediate structural disruption.

As AI automates repetitive cognitive and administrative tasks, workers need to shift toward oversight, complex judgment, and high-touch human skills. What does AI mean for your job, your life, your future?

If this keeps you up at night, let’s talk.
