A small, in-person group coaching program for LGBT+ individuals who feel they have outgrown their current life — whether in career, relationships, identity, or direction — and want to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Focused Work
Through guided self-work, participants will clarify what is changing, define what they want next, and start taking deliberate steps toward it.
Clear Progression
Sessions build on one another, each with clear objectives. Between sessions, participants test new ideas in real life and return with learning.
Group Dynamics
Each person focuses on their own direction, while supporting and learning from others in the room.
Format
- In-person, closed-cohort
- 6 sessions of 2 hours each
- 4–6 participants.
