What can coaching help me with?
Coaching can help you with any kind of change you wish to make—whether that’s in your career, relationships, health, identity, purpose, or how you spend your time and energy.

How is coaching different from counseling, therapy, mentoring or consulting?
Counseling or therapy may focus on healing past wounds; consultants or mentors give you advice. Coaching focuses on learning, growth, and helping you find your own answers.

I have a full schedule. How much time does coaching require?
Each session is 60 minutes. Between sessions, you will usually spend some time on reflection and agreed actions. How much time that is depends on your goals.

What outcomes can I expect?
Coaching works best if you are willing to examine your own patterns, take responsibility for your choices, and act on what becomes clear. If you are looking for advice or someone to fix things for you, coaching may not be the right fit.

How long does it take to see results?
Most people notice something shifting in the first few sessions—a new perspective or more clarity. How quickly that translates into real change depends on what you do with it.

What if the coaching isn’t working for me?
My job is to partner with you, and help you. I will ask for your feedback regularly, and if something isn’t working for you, just tell me. We can try a different approach or focus on something else. It’s normal for the focus to evolve — coaching is flexible by design.

How many sessions and how long are they?
Sessions are 60 minutes each. I offer packages of 6, 9, or 12 sessions depending on what you’re dealing with and how much support you think you’ll need.

Where are sessions held?
Sessions are in principle done online via video call. If you’re in Singapore and prefer to meet in person, we can discuss the possibilities. Depending on your needs, additional costs may apply.

How do I prepare for our sessions?
Coaching works best if you’re in a quiet place without distractions. If you have a busy day, I suggest that you plan for a quick break to free your mind, before we start the session.

What happens between sessions?
You get time to think about what came up and work on whatever you committed to. I might send you something to read or a follow-up note.

Can I reschedule a session?
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are late, we will still need to end on time. Sessions missed or cancelled at the last minute will be counted as completed.

Is coaching confidential?
Coaching is confidential. I do not share what we talk about with anyone, unless required by law.

Do you follow a code of ethics?
Yes. I adhere to the coaching ethics and standards of conduct of the International Coaching Federation, including respect for confidentiality, integrity, and your autonomy in decision-making.

Do you use AI tools during sessions?
I use AI to record, transcribe, and summarize our sessions. This helps me focus on you rather than taking notes. You may request copies of the recordings or transcripts anytime.

Is my personal data protected?
Your data is protected following Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, as laid out in this privacy policy.
