LGBT+ & Diversity Coaching
Just Be You — That's What You're Good At
The best things happen when people show up as themselves — in their workplaces, their families, and their communities. But that’s not always straightforward, especially when social and legal systems weren’t built with you in mind.
Whether you’re navigating your own journey or trying to create better conditions for others, the challenge isn’t just knowing what needs to change, it’s figuring out how to make it happen. That’s where focused support makes a difference.
For LGBT+ People and Allies
I Am Here to Support You With
Identity, self-acceptance and finding purpose
Coming out decisions and conversations
Managing family relationships and cultural pressures
Workplace challenges and career changes
Building relationships and community
Life transitions, relocations, ageing
Whether you’re questioning your identity, coming out, managing family expectations, or building a life that’s authentically yours — coaching provides a confidential space to work through what matters most to you.
Coaching focuses on clarifying what you want, identifying barriers, and taking action toward the life you’re building. Coaching can supplement counseling or therapy, or stand on its own.
Why Work With Me?
I am gay, a husband and a father. I’ve successfully navigated all these conversations myself — with family, with employers, with colleagues, some of whom weren’t sure what to make of me. Having lived and worked in several countries and travelled all over the world — including places where being LGBT+ carries real consequences. As a coach, I’m here to meet you where you’re at, and support you without judgment.
I am an active volunteer in Singapore’s LGBT+ community to try and make a little difference. I’m listed on Prout, an LGBT+ resource directory for inclusive and affirming service providers in Singapore.

Corporate DEI Coaching
Many organisations want to support diversity but struggle to translate good intentions into meaningful action. I’ve worked with senior leadership teams at global companies including FedEx, supporting and coaching inclusion initiative leaders across Europe and Asia. I now help other companies develop their DEI strategies and support the people leading that work.
